These terms apply to your use of LiveCamNaked.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.
Adults only
The Site links to live webcam shows that contain nudity and sexual content. You may only use the Site if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and if viewing adult material is legal where you are. Do not let minors use your device to access the Site. Parental-control tools can block the Site: it carries the RTA (“Restricted To Adults”) label.
What the Site is
LiveCamNaked.com is a free directory of live cam shows. We do not host, stream, produce or store any video. Thumbnails, model names and details are supplied by the cam sites we list (such as Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams and CamSoda) through their public affiliate feeds, and every show is broadcast by that cam site. When you open a show or sign up, you use the cam site’s service under its own terms and privacy policy.
We earn a commission from the cam sites when visitors we send sign up or buy tokens. This never costs you anything extra.
Third-party sites
We do not control the cam sites or any other website we link to, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, practices or payments. Any dispute about a purchase, an account or a show is between you and that site.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site in a way that breaks the law, harms other people, or interferes with the Site’s operation. This includes automated scraping or crawling that puts load on our server, attempts to gain unauthorised access, and uploading malicious code.
Content removal and copyright
Models who want their listing removed, and rights holders with a copyright complaint, can follow our DMCA & content removal process.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is”. Listings change every few minutes and may be out of date, incomplete or inaccurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or of any site we link to.
Trademarks
Cam site names, logos and model names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their services.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
